EXTENDED VISITS TO EUROPE FOR US STUDENTS

The grant will cover travel to Europe from the US, travel within Europe to AAMAS, registration to AAMAS, and a stipend to cover living expenses during the visit (up to $2500/month). [Travel funding subject to final NSF approval]. Federal regulations require to use a US carrier for the transatlantic part of the travel, even if it is more expensive than a non-US carrier.

Requirements: participation in the doctoral mentoring consortium at AAMAS. Students who have not applied to it, but are selected for an extended visit, will be admitted to the Doctoral Consortium. Research visit of 6-8 weeks to the chosen European group.
