Activites & Accomodation

Student Social Activities

Student organizers will be hosting various student social activities during AAMAS-16. Students will be responsible for any activity/food costs. The exact schedule and approximate cost range of these activities will be announced closer to the conference, but activities may include:

  • Game night
  • Speed networking
  • Lunch groups organized around interest areas
  • Group outings to local sights, such as Marina Barrage
  • Dinner outings to local areas

Student Roommate Matching

Student organizers are maintaining a spreadsheet of students seeking roommates for AAMAS-16. Please fill out the form at http://goo.gl/forms/u4Kp52vpmh if you are in search of roommate(s) for AAMAS-16 and would like to be added to the spreadsheet. Although there is no deadline, it is better to fill out the form once your dates in Singapore have been finalized to maximize your chances of finding suitable roommate(s).

Within a few days of submitting the form, student organizers will send you an email with (1) a link to a spreadsheet with the submitted information from other students and (2) some suggestions for booking affordable accommodation. It is then your responsibility to (1) contact other student(s) in order to find a suitable roommate, (2) book lodging, and (3) email us notifying us to remove your entry.
