To be eligible, you must:
- be registered as a full-time student at a higher education institution (e.g., University); AND
- be explicitly listed as an author of a paper accepted for AAMAS 2020 (full | extended abstract | workshop).
Please note that attending the conference is a requirement for being reimbursed. No reimbursement will be possible for students who do not attend AAMAS 2020.
Submission Requirements
To apply, you are required to complete the Student Scholarship Application Form at this link https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=g2_TbAIaLUSXLyZwy16bGpGXY5H3e5xIipN7VIzgdf9UQkJJMlA4WFE4VFlZWEJNUVI2NFBFNUUyUy4u

We care about your privacy: the Student Scholarship Application Form is compliant with GDPR (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj) and your data will be kept, processed, and then destroyed, according to the GDPR European regulations and the most recent US guidelines.
Please note that participation in the student scholarship program carries with it an obligation to attend the conference and, when there, to be willing to be a student volunteer. Student volunteers are often used to provide support in the various conference rooms in case of problems (e.g., projector failure, etc).
In the case of US applicants, there is also the obligation to participate in the Doctoral Consortium (DC) either as a presenter or as an attendee, with no obligation to have a paper accepted at the DC.
Also, you will need to write a short report on your attendance at AAMAS.
Please submit your application by the 21st of February 2020 (11:59pm, UTC-12). We will notify you of your application decision by the 7th of March 2020 (11:59pm, UTC-12).
