Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time status: school registration receipt; student ID, or a letter signed by their supervisor on the letter head of their institution.

Cancellations made before April 7, 2013 will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made after April 7, 2013 will receive no refund except in extreme circumstances and where appropriate documentary evidence is provided.

Late: up to April 20, 2013
On-site: from April 20 onwards

You can pay by credit card, check (drawn on a US bank), or wire transfer. Instructions on where to send the check or the wire transfer are on the registration page at checkout.
The registration is closed.

The Workshop/Tutorial registration fees include:

• Conference kit
• Tutorial and workshops USB notes
• Coffee and refreshments during the registered timeframe
• Admission to the workshop/tutorial sessions registered for

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a workshop or tutorial due to insufficient participation. Should this occur, all fees for the canceled session will be refunded.

Attendees not registered for the main conference who want to attend workshops and/or tutorials will pay the regular registration fees for the workshops and tutorials plus an event registration fee of $50.00.

Only students registered for the conference can register for the Doctoral Consortium. The Doctoral Consortium registration fee includes:

• Conference kit
• Coffee, refreshments, and lunch
• Admission to the doctoral mentoring consortium

Additional banquet tickets can be purchased for $100.
