Student identification showing current enrollment will be required at check in time. Lack of documentation will results in the room being charged at the higher rate.

The cutoff date for the special rate has been extended April 13. The special rate is subject to room availability. The student rooms are sold out. There are some rooms left in the regular room block, but they are going fast, so book your room early.

To make a reservation contact the reservations hotline at 1.866.686.2867 and say you are with "International Foundation for Autonomous Agents & Multiagent Systems" to get the group rate. You need to specify if you are a student or not. You can instead use one of the following two links:

All reservations have to be guaranteed by a first night deposit or with a major credit card. Reservations can be canceled and the deposit refunded if received 72 hours before the day of arrival and if a cancellation number is obtained. If the number of nights is reduced after check in, an early departure fee of $50.00 will be charged unless the hotel has been notified 24 hours before the scheduled checkout.

Parking is available, on a first come first serve basis, in the attached covered garage for $17.00/day with in/out access per 24 hour period.
