The AAMAS 2005 local organization has set up an agreement with several hotels for delegates. We have tried to arrange a wide range of hotel types, to cater for different desires and budgets. All hotels are within easy reach of the university campus, where the conference will take place. The map below gives a rough indication of the location of the hotels and their relation to the AAMAS conference center, the railway station and the city center. Note that the delegate package includes a free bus card for the whole week.

If you are planning to come by car to Utrecht, we advise you to choose one of the hotels near to the highways. The center of Utrecht is hard to reach by car and parking is expensive.

PLEASE NOTE: The block hotel bookings which we have agreed on with the hotels will be released from May 15th. Please book early to be sure of the hotel of your choice. After May 15th., the hotels will continue to accept reservations, but neither availability nor rates can be garanteed.

The reservations of most hotels are taken care of by Hotel Support. In a few other cases, you are kindly requested to reserve directly with the hotel. To make sure you take advantage of the deals we have arranged with each hotel, please follow the link in column "Reserve" in the table below. This will connect you with the reservation service for the hotel of your choice.
