registration fee information
1. At least
one author of each paper and poster must register for
the conference.
2. Early-bird registration fee holds for registrations
completed (and payment received) before May
22, 2005.
3. ACM members are entitled fee reduction for
the main conference.They are required to fill in their
ACM membership number (valid for 2005).
4.
Students have a special reduced fee as well. In order
to qualify for this fee, students are required to send
a fax with a copy of their student card or a letter
signed by their supervisor and on the letter head of
their institution.
5.
Conference registration includes:
- Admission
to all conference sessions (including Industry Track
sessions).
- 1
printed volume + 1 CD-ROM of AAMAS-05 Proceedings.
- Coffee
breaks.
- Lunch
during the conference days (Wednesday - Friday).
- Welcome
reception on Tuesday.
- Public
transportation pass (OV pass) for 5 days
(Monday - Friday).
6 . Participants of Workshops or Tutorials are not required
to register for the main conference. However, fees for
workshop and tutorials are substantially higher in the
case participants do not register for the main conference.
7. Workshop/Tutorial fees are per Workshop/Tutorial
and include:

Admission to the selected Workshop/Tutorial.
- Proceedings
of the Workshop or Tutorial.
- Coffee
breaks on the event day.
- Lunch
during the event day.
